Per the RFQ summary, the contractor performs semi-annual and annual inspections and certifications on up to six fire suppression systems, plus up to three optional agent tank replacements in the base year, under firm fixed-unit pricing on an FOB Destination basis. Contractor personnel must hold Pyro-Chem certifications for the Pyro-Chem Monarch Dry Chemical System and ANSUL I-101 System, current at time of work performance. Work occurs 0730-1530, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, and requires compliance with COMFLEACTINST 5530.6 access control, advance notice for maintenance scheduling, Common Access Card eligibility, and background investigations for personnel working at a federally controlled facility.

The base year runs December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through November 30, 2031. Payment is made by electronic funds transfer, and Japanese consumption tax is exempt under the U.S.-Japan agreement. The NAICS code is 811310 and the PSC is J042. The government reserves the right to consider only quotes that adhere to solicitation instructions, and submissions that omit required information, contain ambiguities, or are incomplete may not be considered.
