About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 17 is soliciting preventive and corrective maintenance services for Bayer MedRad Injector Systems under solicitation 36C25726Q0150. The contract requires vendors to provide full-service maintenance for 17 specific MedRad injector units across multiple models including Mark 7 Arterion, Spectris Solaris EP, and Stellant D Dual Flow systems. Key qualifications include demonstrated certification and technical competence in servicing MedRad equipment, with vendors required to submit evidence such as technician training credentials, technical competencies, service history, performance records, and company certifications. The government will evaluate proposals using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, awarding the contract to the lowest-priced offeror meeting technical requirements. The offer submission deadline is December 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST, with vendors required to provide compliance certification on VAAR 852.219-75, complete SF 1449 forms with pricing information, and sign required blocks.
This opportunity is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. The contract structure includes a 12-month base period with four optional 12-month extension years, providing potential for up to five years of performance. Services will be performed at the Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, and the Kerrville VA Medical Center. Monthly invoicing will be processed through the Tungsten Network system. While specific award values are not disclosed in the solicitation notice, the multi-year contract structure with maintenance services for 17 units indicates a substantial service requirement spanning both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
