About this opportunity
Naval Sea Systems Command is announcing its intent to sole source a firm fixed price maintenance contract to Thermo Electron North America LLC for servicing Thermo Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometers and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometers (GC/MS), with a response deadline of May 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The procurement proceeds under FAR 13.106(b) (sole source) and 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1). Interested parties may submit evidence of capability and interest by the May 27 deadline; responses must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the government.
