About this opportunity

This Special Notice announces Amendment 001 to the United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) solicitation M67854-26-R-3001 for USMC Product Manager Infantry Weapons (PdM IW) Support Services. The amendment clarifies submission requirements and updates supporting attachments for this SeaPort NxG task order opportunity. The document provides critical revisions to the original solicitation that impact proposal formatting, staffing documentation, and technical specifications. This amendment is essential for all contractors intending to submit proposals, as failure to acknowledge receipt may render a proposal unresponsive and unawwardable. The Special Notice consolidates the amendment details, updated forms, and a comprehensive Questions and Answers document to facilitate contractor understanding of the government's requirements.

The objective of this solicitation is to procure program management support services through a 100% small business set-aside utilizing NAICS Code 541330 (Engineering Services). Proposals are due March 5, 2026 by 1:30 PM EDT and must be submitted via email to the specified government points of contact; the government will conduct this as a fair opportunity competition under FAR 16.505 procedures without FAR Part 15 competitive range processes. Eligible contractors must be certified small businesses and must maintain a facility within 15 miles of Marine Corps Base Quantico to perform the work. The contract covers a 12-month base period beginning June 5, 2026, with four optional 12-month extension periods and six 30-day contract extensions, with a total contract value of $47 million. Evaluation criteria prioritize technical approach and staffing capabilities, followed by past performance and price, with amendment updates clarifying that Volume I proposals are limited to one 30-page PDF and Volume II past performance documentation is limited to 10 pages.
