Delivery is restricted to Lower Monumental Lock and Dam business hours (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST), and the manufacturer must provide a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, labor, and workmanship. The doors must include specific features such as 2-1/8" thick sections, welded internal frames, insulation, non-corrosive hardware, tempered glass windows, and compatibility with Best brand CORMAX SFIC lock cores.
