Comprehensive documentation must include equipment descriptions, installation procedures, electrical and system schematics, alignment and calibration procedures, repair parts lists, and interface definitions. Annual maintenance includes system inspections, operational testing of all cameras, power source testing, and installation of manufacturer-required firmware and software updates.
The NAICS code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. This is a simplified acquisition RFQ using FAR 52.212 for commercial products. Pricing is firm fixed price.
