About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps is soliciting quotes for logistics support services in support of operations and training activities in the vicinity of Fairbanks, Alaska. This combined synopsis and solicitation (RFQ M67001-26-Q-0030) seeks commercial logistics services including facilities support, equipment handling, and materiel management to support Marine Corps operations. The government will evaluate proposals based on three primary criteria: price, technical capability of the offeror to meet the government's requirements as detailed in the Performance Work Statement, and past performance on similar contracts. The solicitation incorporates commercial item acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 13, with award to be made on a firm fixed-price basis. The deadline for submission of quotes is February 10, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST, and an amendment issued on February 6, 2026 provided government responses to offeror questions, which must be acknowledged and returned with the official quote.

This procurement is designated as a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a size standard of $47 million, limiting competition to small business concerns. No incumbent contractor or current contract values are identified in the solicitation materials. The estimated period of performance extends from February 21, 2026 through March 16, 2026, representing approximately three weeks of logistics support operations. The work statement specifies detailed requirements for wrecker support services, equipment recovery and towing operations, temporary facility management including shower trailers and portable facilities, and coordination of excavation activities at the Donnelly Training Area. Performance will take place in the vicinity of Fairbanks, Alaska, with specific operational locations at Donnelly Training Area and associated range facilities supporting Marine Corps training and operational requirements.
