About this opportunity
The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking industry input on a potential Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services. The procurement will support logistics operations across 27 locations within 10 major Air Force commands, currently encompassing over 34 separate contracts. Key service requirements include materiel management, traffic management, vehicle management, fuels management, ground and air transportation, and surge support capabilities. Interested vendors must submit responses by March 3, 2025, to the designated points of contact at Scott Air Force Base. The government will evaluate vendor capabilities through detailed information requests covering past performance, technical qualifications, teaming arrangements, financial capacity, and ability to support both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The contract opportunity does not have a specific small business set-aside, but includes seven NAICS codes with size standards ranging from $9 million to $47 million, which allows for participation by small businesses. The anticipated contract will have a 5-year ordering period with an additional year for performance, making the total possible performance period six years. Individual task orders are expected to range from three to five years in duration, with the potential to support all Air Force bases and provide surge support. While no specific award value was disclosed, the broad scope and multiple service categories suggest a significant potential contract value. The procurement approach indicates the Air Force is seeking a strategic sourcing and enterprise contract vehicle that can provide flexible, comprehensive logistics support across multiple military installations.
