About this file

This is a questionnaire attachment seeking information from vendors about their Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) capabilities and experience. The document contains 20 questions focusing on vendors' past performance, contract experience, teaming arrangements, and operational capabilities. Key areas of inquiry include the vendor's history of government and IDIQ contracts within the past three years, current service contract capacity, revenue attribution to LRS capabilities, experience with DOD and USAF contracts, existing teaming agreements, and performance locations. The questionnaire also requests input on small business subcontracting goals, recommended proposal periods, preferred pricing methodologies (fixed price vs. cost-reimbursable), and ability to support surge requirements.

The questionnaire is part of a broader RFI from the Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron for potential Multiple Award Contract IDIQ supporting LRS capabilities across Air Force bases. Questions specifically address vendors' ability to provide services across six PWS service areas and their experience managing large service contracts. Vendors must submit responses to three POCs at AFICC by March 3, 2025.
