About this opportunity

The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron and APEX Accelerator held a virtual industry day on 21 July 2026 to discuss a planned Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services; this notice is informational only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, commitment to contract, or solicitation for unsolicited proposals.

The Air Force is consolidating approximately 39 separate logistics readiness contracts currently serving Air Force Continental United States (CONUS) installations into a single enterprise services vehicle capable of supporting multiple locations and surge operations, with potential expansion to select OCONUS sites (Eareckson, Wake Island, King Salmon). The MAC encompasses six functional areas: Materiel Management, Traffic Management, Vehicle Management, Fuels Management, Ground Transportation, and Air Transportation. The contract structure includes a 5-year base ordering period with task orders ranging from one to five years in performance duration. The Government will set aside the MAC 100% for small businesses and will award a minimum guarantee task order to all MAC awardees concurrent with initial installation task order issuance. The Government anticipates releasing a Draft RFP in Spring 2027, with formal solicitation mid-2027 and award by early-to-mid 2028. Evaluation will employ Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) methodology with self-rating and Government validation. Prime contractors must perform at least 51% of work; teaming and subcontracting are permitted for functional areas outside core capability. NAICS code 561210 applies to all task orders. Installations retain discretion to impose additional socioeconomic set-asides at the task order level (HUBZone, SDVOSB, 8(a), WOSB). Post-industry day Q&A was posted 9 September 2026.
