About this opportunity
The Air Force Installation Contracting Command (AFICC) 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking industry information for Logistics Readiness Squadron Capabilities (LRS-C) services across Air Force bases. The procurement aims to establish a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support logistics services at 27 locations across 10 major commands. Services will include ground transportation, traffic management, air transportation, fuels management, materiel management, and vehicle management. The government is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors with experience in logistics support services, with responses due by March 3, 2025. Key evaluation criteria will focus on vendors' capabilities to provide comprehensive logistics support across multiple Air Force locations, including potential surge support requirements.
The pre-solicitation notice does not include a specific set-aside for small businesses, though multiple NAICS codes with size standards ranging from $9M to $47M are identified. The potential contract will have a 5-year ordering period with an additional year for performance, totaling a possible 6-year period of performance. Individual task orders are anticipated to range from three to five years, with the potential to support all Air Force bases domestically and internationally. While no specific award value is mentioned, the broad scope suggests a significant enterprise-level contract opportunity. The government will use submitted vendor information to facilitate internal decision-making, with responses strictly voluntary and not considered formal proposals.
