The evaluation criteria will be technical acceptability and lowest price. Interested offerors must submit a completed restricted access request by January 24, 2020 to receive the full solicitation, which will remain open for proposals until approximately 30 days after being posted on SAM.gov.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The anticipated NAICS code is 561612 and PSC code is S206. The incumbent contractor was not named. The place of performance will be the six German cities listed. The base year of local guard services is one year, with options that could extend the contract to a total of five years, exercised at the government's discretion. Site visits are scheduled for the solicitation in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich as outlined in the document. Preference will be given to offers from U.S. persons and joint ventures.
