Send written questions, by facsimile to: Regina Blair at 312-886-5475. Ensure that your correspondence contains the project title.

Written questions may be submitted at the beginning of the meeting and oral questions may be submitted from the floor, will only be addressed if they are clarifications of information provided in the solicitation and in subsequent amendments issued before the scheduled pre-bid meeting and site visit. Answers, interpretations, and decisions made at the meeting will not become official unless and until verified by an amendment to the solicitation issued prior to the receipt of proposals.

Following the meeting, prospective offerors will be permitted to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonably obtained.
