About this opportunity
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is soliciting quotations for comprehensive liquid waste removal services at the Table Rock Lake Project in Missouri. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform sewage pump-out and debris removal, wash-down services, fresh water addition to vault toilets, and pumping of sewage from septic tanks, holding tanks, and treatment facilities across multiple recreational areas including Aunts Creek, Baxter, Big M, Campbell Point, Cape Fair, Cricket Creek, Eagle Rock, Indian Point, Mill Creek, Old 86, Project Office, and Viola. Most pumping services will be performed on an as-needed basis depending on usage levels, with emergency pumping required during heavy-use periods such as holidays when the Contracting Officer's Representative provides notification. The contract award will be made solely based on price with zero deviation allowed from specified performance standards. Quotes must be submitted via email in PDF format by September 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM CDT.
This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services) with a $9 million size standard for qualifying businesses. The contract structure includes a base period running from the date of award through September 30, 2026, followed by four potential one-year option periods that could extend performance through September 30, 2030, creating a possible total contract duration of five years. All services will be performed at the Table Rock Project located in Branson, Missouri, encompassing various parks and recreational facilities within the project area. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or provide specific budget ranges, though the multi-year structure with option periods suggests a substantial ongoing service requirement. The contract falls under PSC category S205 (Housekeeping- Trash/Garbage Collection) and requires contractors to meet stringent performance standards for liquid waste management at these high-usage recreational facilities.
