Questions & Answers
The Solicitation response date is extended to 26 JUNM 19; 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
Question #1: CLIN 0004 for Repair‐Labor does not have a quantity specified in the C/W Section 5.2 of the PWS. It calls for a lot price, similar to CLINs 0001 - 0003, but those give quantities in the PWS. Do you want an hourly rate, similar to CLIN 0002AA in solicitation W911N2‐16‐R‐0023? If not, please provide a number of hours of labor that we should bid.
Answer #1: This is the hourly repair rate. The repairs will always be without a lift. This should be the bundled labor rate for an hour of repair; the number of hours of repair is not pertinent to establish the hourly labor rate for the total hours of repair.
Question #2: CLIN 0005 for Parts‐Materials calls for a unit price based on a quantity of 25,000. Since this is listed as T & M, should I put $1.00 in as the unit price?
Answer #2: As specified in the CLIN and the PWS, Section 5.3, revised; Please do not quote this cost, or CLIN's 1005, 2005. LEMC will provide the funding necessary for Parts & Materials.
