A security camera system is preferred. The Government is currently considering only existing buildings; new construction will be evaluated only if it meets the required occupancy delivery date.
The selected lessor must remain active in SAM.gov throughout the lease term and execute a Government lease incorporating applicable clauses. Responses must include building name and address, space location and availability date, scaled as-built floor plans identifying the offered space, and estimated rental rate per ABOA and rentable square foot on a fully serviced, all-inclusive basis.
