Amendment 01 extended the deadline from November 2, 2026 and split the fleet into five categories: full-size SUVs, Type A mid-size SUVs, Type B mid-size SUVs, crew cab pickups, and passenger vans. Vehicles are delivered to ASG-J receiving points in Jordan, with Joint Training Center-Jordan identified as the delivery location. Vehicles must be model year 2025 or newer, have automatic transmissions, carry AWD or 4WD, and show no more than 40,000 kilometers at delivery. They must hold valid Jordanian commercial registration, and their insurance must explicitly authorize operation by U.S. military personnel, DoD civilians, and designated authorized contractor personnel. The lease is a firm-fixed-price structure with a 12-month base year, 12-month option years, and an extension of up to six months. Service levels require on-site recovery within two hours of dispatch and non-mission-capable replacement within 24 hours. Optional packages cover protective services, force protection, emergency services, tow, and off-road operations. Pricing is requested as monthly per-unit rates by category, fully burdened and marked "ROM-Not an Offer." Previous respondents submit a revised ROM sheet. New respondents submit a full capability statement, limited to twelve pages, plus the itemized ROM table. Responses go to CPT Yaa D. Agyepong-Wiafe, with a copy to the ASG-J Operational Contract Support mailbox. The primary NAICS code is 532120, with a $47 million size standard, and the PSC is 2310.
