Contractor may request closure of the facility to the public for up to 60 consecutive calendar days between the months of October 1 and March 31.

Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, etc. necessary to complete the work. All
waste and excess materials generated from construction shall be disposed of off Forest Service
lands and in compliance with governing federal, state, and local laws.
