Statement of Work

Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center

Great Falls, Montana Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest

C.1 STATEMENT OF WORK

a. Description:

This project is for Exhibit Hall upgrades in the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center located in Great Falls Montana. Contractor is responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of the exhibit updates as outlined in the contract drawings and specifications.

Contractor may request closure of the facility to the public for up to 60 consecutive calendar days between the months of October 1 and March 31.

Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, tools, etc. necessary to complete the work. All waste and excess materials generated from construction shall be disposed of off Forest Service lands and in compliance with governing federal, state, and local laws.

Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center 4201 Giant Springs Road Great Falls, MT 59405

c. Period of Performance: Contractor allowed 60 consecutive calendar days to complete the work between the months of October 1 and March 31.

All work shall be completed by March 31, 2026.

d. Pre-Bid Tour: No Pre-Bid Tour is scheduled for this project. Prospective bidders are responsible to visit the site prior to bidding.
