The anticipated contract value is $1,328,608.04, with a 12-month base period and four potential one-year option periods. Contractors must perform work Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with limited Saturday hours, and will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The contract allows for subcontracting, and foreign companies may bid if partnered with local firms. Work will be performed entirely in Nairobi, Kenya, covering embassy compound and Rosslyn Ridge locations. Proposals must be submitted in English, with file sizes not exceeding 30MB, and must include specific documentation such as the Standard Form 1449, pricing sections, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration.
