Key requirements include conducting on-site sizing and fitting sessions, accommodating personnel fluctuations of 60-65 scientists without altering service fees, and providing prompt notification of service delays with corrective action plans submitted within one business day. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, with technical and price factors considered approximately equal in importance. The deadline for submitting questions is April 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET, while quotations must be received by April 6, 2026, with proposals valid for 90 days.
