About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals for the rental or lease of three diesel generators to support containerized office spaces at multiple locations of the Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center. The Department of the Army Medical Command requires one 55kW generator and two 30kW generators to power office containers at Fort Meade and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for a base period of 12 months with three 12-month option periods. Offerors must meet the terms of the Request for Quote and Statement of Work, with proposals due through the System for Award Management and to the contract specialist by May 17, 2022.
There is no set-aside designation. The generators will support approximately 40 hours of operation per week from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The government will provide fuel and handle refueling. The locations of performance are at Fort Meade, requiring one 55kW and one 30kW generator, and Aberdeen Proving Ground requiring one 30kW generator. Cables of 20-30 feet will connect the single-phase 120/240V generators to the office containers, with generators to be delivered, set up, and connected by the contractor.
