This document provides clarification regarding a solicitation for the rental or lease of diesel generators at multiple Army locations. The solicitation seeks generators for containerized offices at two locations on Fort Meade, Maryland requiring one 55KW generator and one 30KW generator. The third location at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland requires one 30KW generator. Vendors must set up and connect the generators to the electrical panels and install grounding rods. Training will also be provided on startup and shutdown procedures. The combined synopsis/solicitation was issued by the Department of the Army Medical Command under number W91YTZ22Q0054. Proposals were due through SAM.gov and to the contract specialist by 4 May 2022, with the government anticipating award of a single 12-month base year and three 12-month option periods.
