The acquisition is unrestricted with no set-aside, and part of the work is a host-nation-directed sole-source award: a domestic water and wastewater connection extension to the site limit, with the contractor's contact information to be provided in the solicitation. The USACE NAU Contracting Office is procuring on behalf of U.S. Air Force contingency operations. The work includes approximately 30,957 square meters of gravel bed, concrete tent pads, fencing, site development, storm water drainage, and utilities for beddown of 550 personnel using Deployable Air Base System sets, including 72 billet shelters, two latrine shelters, two shower shelters, one laundry shelter, one 550-person kitchen package, four command operations shelters, and three morale, welfare, and recreation shelters. Supporting facilities are "not all inclusive." Electrical power comes from DABS generator sets, with no electric utility grid connection. Construction duration is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, and award is anticipated in mid-July 2027.
