This opportunity is set aside 100% for small businesses, with no incumbent contractors identified in the documentation. The total quantity includes 6 sample t-shirts (one in each size from Small to XXX-Large) and 444 production t-shirts distributed across various sizes, with Large being the most requested at 199 units. Performance will take place in Guam, with delivery specified to Building 1300 at Camp Blaz, Forager Road, Dededo, Guam. The contract will operate under a firm fixed-price arrangement, and while no specific budget range is disclosed, the procurement falls under the Buy American Statute but is exempt from Berry Amendment requirements.
