The Government encourages responses from small businesses in all socioeconomic categories, including 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The set-aside is contingent on two or more qualified small businesses responding with sufficient capability information.
