The service contract will commence on February 1, 2026, and continue through January 31, 2027, with four optional renewal years. Any firm believing it can meet the stated requirements must submit written evidence demonstrating its capability to perform the work by the deadline of January 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, with responses sent via email to the contracting officer.
