Interested firms must submit capability statements by 8:00 AM local time on August 8, 2025, via email to Contracting Officer Jerri Schuster at jerri.schuster@va.gov in MS Word or Adobe PDF format. While the government will evaluate any responses received, they retain sole discretion to proceed with the sole source negotiation with Bio-Optronics, Inc., regardless of other submissions.
