About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to Glomax Inc. for annual maintenance and support of NexoDose software used at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans. The Special Notice announces the agency's intent to sole source the contract to the incumbent, Glomax Inc., due to the unique needs of the NexoDose software. Interested parties may submit capabilities statements by January 18, 2024 demonstrating their ability to provide the required maintenance and troubleshooting services. However, if no alternative viable responses are received by the deadline, the agency will award a firm-fixed-price contract to Glomax Inc. The contract is set aside under full and open competition rules and contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award.
