Answering last vendor questions:
Question: My question to you is do you know, or could you find out the location of the compressors.
Answer: The compressors are on the roof
Question: Technician Liebert Factory Training Certifications. The BTC Inc has had the proper HVAC Liebert Service Partnership for Louisiana over the past few years to properly service all VA equipment. Mr. Chris Taylor, Pete Cerise and Rob Rabalais are factory trained service technicians. They have been trained on past and present Vertiv (Liebert) equipment.
Answer: Per the updated attached SOW, 4.1.12Â Â Personnel Qualifications: The contractor shall be required to provide fully manufacturer qualified and trained or certified service and management personnel in enough numbers to actively and efficiently service and support the contracted services. The Contractor must maintain a suitably staffed and equipped service organization and must regularly offer maintenance services for Liebert Challenger 3000 AC units.
At the request of the Government, the Contractor shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Government that the Contractor is a manufacturer authorized services provider and can purchase repair parts directly from the manufacturer.
Update #2 ·
Customer response to vendor questions; also see updated SOW
Regarding 4.1.9 and 4. 10. 4.1.7 On-Call Repairs: In the event of a system failure, which may not constitute an emergency, the Contractor shall be on site to perform on-call  repair service within four (4) hours of notification as provided by VARONOL.Â
4.1.8 Emergency Repairs: The Contractor shall be on site to perform emergency repairs within four (4) hours of receiving a call from VARONOL.
For this we would like a 4-hour response time for 4.1.7; this is fine for ordinary maintenance issues or breakdowns; however. 4.1.8 emergency repair we need this to be a 1-hour response time. In the event of an emergency, it is not feasible for a 4 hour wait time in the event of an emergency this will shut down the RO operations for a whole day possibly and for this reason we would like the response times for emergencies to remain at 1 hour.
Regarding the RFQ # 36C10D24Q0271 Liebert Challenger 300 PM RFI 4.19 does not cover 4.10 in the requirement. Section 4.10 is designed to be a safeguard for 4.19.
