The notice, posted on February 11, 2025, with a response deadline of February 25, 2025, is being processed under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The contract will provide DLA Energy with unique supply chain-focused research, adaptable tools, experienced executive peer advisors, and flexible access to supply chain research experts. This licensing opportunity is designed to help DLA Energy advance its mission-critical priorities and initiatives over a twelve-month delivery period.

The government retains sole discretion in determining whether to compete the requirement based on any submitted challenges.
