About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Huntsville Engineering and Support Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought announcement to identify qualified vendors capable of providing and installing Integrated Modular Medical Support Systems (IMMSS) furniture for Military Health System facilities worldwide. The procurable items include modular workstations, workstation partitions, work surfaces, storage units, shelving, ergonomic seating, medical carts, clinical and sit-to-stand tables, and specialized components for healthcare environments such as pharmacies, nurse stations, and laboratories. Vendors must demonstrate the capability to provide interchangeable, modular systems that are reconfigurable and compatible with existing furniture systems while meeting healthcare-specific standards and certifications. The government is seeking to evaluate vendors' technical capabilities, geographic service reach, maximum contract capacity, design and installation expertise, warranty offerings, and project management proficiency. This is an unrestricted solicitation open to both small and large businesses, with interested firms required to submit a completed Capabilities Statement to Brandalyn L. Fox at Brandalyn.L.Fox@usace.army.mil by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on January 21, 2026; the original response deadline of January 22, 2026, has been extended.

This Pre-Solicitation Notice carries no set-aside designation and does not identify any current contractors or incumbents. No specific award value or budget range has been disclosed in this market research phase, as the government is in the preliminary stages of determining available vendor capabilities and market sources. The announcement does not specify quantities of goods to be procured or a defined timeline for service delivery, as this Sources Sought notice is designed to gather information to inform a future formal solicitation. The capability statement template requests vendors provide detailed information regarding their maximum contract capacity, domestic and international service locations, system compatibility certifications, and comprehensive service offerings including design, delivery, installation, warranty, and project management capabilities. Vendors meeting the specified qualifications will be considered for inclusion in subsequent solicitation opportunities issued by the Huntsville Engineering and Support Center.
