Quotes must be submitted electronically to caitlin.thinnes.1@us.af.mil by June 4, 2025, with two distinct volumes: one containing standard form documentation and another addressing past performance. The government will evaluate quotes using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 and FAR subpart 13.5, with a primary focus on compliance with solicitation instructions.
