About this opportunity

The United States Transportation Command issued a Request for Information on May 11, 2026, to solicit industry information on innovative autonomous transportation capabilities for global operations, with responses due by 12:00 PM CST on May 26, 2026. This is market research only; the government explicitly disclaims any current requirement, promise of future procurement, or obligation to pay for responses. USTRANSCOM seeks commercial solutions, technologies, and developmental roadmaps across all modes of transportation—air, land, sea, and multi-modal—for both passenger and cargo movements in domestic and international domains.

Respondents must structure submissions in seven categories: Company Profile (organization details and autonomous logistics experience); Current Autonomous Capabilities (fielded platforms with payload capacities, operational range, operating environments, and Technology Readiness Level); Developmental Roadmap (research and development platforms with projected timelines and milestones over 3–10 years); Scalability & Flexibility (ability to scale capacity and handle dynamic routing); Interoperability (integration with existing logistics nodes and command/control networks); Cybersecurity & Resilience (protection in contested environments); and Regulatory Navigation (FAA, IMO, and DOT compliance strategies). Submissions must be unclassified, in PDF or standard commercial formats, and not exceed 15 pages excluding cover page and marketing brochures. Proprietary information must be clearly marked. Submit responses to Ms. Brenda Marshall at brenda.l.marshall10.civ@mail.mil or 618-817-9385.
