About this opportunity
The Department of State Office of Acquisition Management has issued a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the acquisition of spare parts for the Bell 206 helicopter fleet operated by the Colombian National Police (COAVI-MARIQUITA) at the Police Aviation School (ESAVI). The parts are required to support the maintenance and operation of the aircraft used for training and pilot/technician preparation. The agency is seeking authorized resellers of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts who can provide a complete shipment of the required parts within a timely manner. Respondents are requested to provide company information, certification status, documentation supporting OEM reseller authorization, and estimated delivery timelines by May 24, 2024.
This procurement is not set aside for any specific business category. The agency will use the responses to this notice to determine if a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business (HUBZone), or Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside is appropriate. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price, single award delivery order with defined quantities of the required commodities.
