About this opportunity

The United States Capitol Police (USCP) is soliciting proposals for Information Systems and Network Support services under solicitation #IQS SSB202500028. This procurement requires offerors to obtain Top-Secret facility clearance at the time of offer and attend a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on June 11, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST in Washington, DC, with failure to attend resulting in proposal disqualification. The Request for Proposal is classified as "For Official Use Only" and requires interested vendors to submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement along with their company information, CAGE code, and Unique Entity ID to receive access. Vendor questions are due by June 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST, with final proposals due July 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. The solicitation includes strict security protocols, limiting site visit attendance to one US citizen per company and prohibiting photography during the facility walkthrough.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designation and identifies M.C. Dean as the incumbent contractor operating under BPA# SSBB202300002. The government has deliberately withheld specific contract details including total award value, number of full-time employees required, and incumbent performance evaluations from public disclosure. Performance will take place at the US Capitol Complex in Washington, DC 20003, with the site visit occurring at the Fairchild Building and lasting approximately three hours. The solicitation represents an existing requirement with modified terms rather than a new procurement, suggesting continuity of ongoing information systems and network support operations across the Capitol campus. The USCP emphasizes this is a comprehensive requirement covering information system assets throughout the entire US Capitol campus facility.
