DOI proposes a shared-use, rotating-schedule model across two spaces of approximately 777 and 836 square feet, with providers offering complementary services on different days. Required capabilities include assisted stretching, non-clinical soft-tissue manipulation, biomechanics, basic anatomy and physiology competency, sanitation compliance, client consent procedures, risk management, and teaching mobility exercises and workplace ergonomics. Capability statements must address certifications or licenses, scheduling models (including whether automated online appointment scheduling is offered), insurance/FSA/HSA practices, and operational readiness timelines.
DOI provides spaces at no cost, including utilities, parking for one vehicle on service days, and shared equipment, with possible coordination for gymnasium access through the DOI Interior Department Recreation Association. Vendors advertise services and bill clients. Services serve DOI employees, nearby federal staff, and nonfederal individuals. The notice carries NAICS 621399 and PSC Q999.
