About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island is seeking to award at least two Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with five one-year ordering periods to procure 60mm (M702), 81mm (M299, M752A1), and 120mm (M1020) Ignition Cartridges. This procurement will support U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, and potential Foreign Military Sales requirements from Fiscal Year 2024 through Fiscal Year 2028. The contracts will be evaluated as other than full and open competition, with a restriction to the National Technology Industrial Base. Offerors must have an active Joint Certification Program account and submit a DD Form 2345 and Non-Disclosure Agreement to access the required government technical data packages. Proposals are due by June 20, 2024.
This procurement is not set aside for any particular business size or type. The government anticipates awarding at least two contracts, but the exact number and award values are not specified. The cartridges will be delivered to locations within the United States over the five-year ordering period. The total quantity requirements are not provided, but the solicitation indicates the government intends to conduct competitions among the awardees for each future delivery order.
