7 5/2/2024 Section

F/Deliveries

In amendment 0002 it deletes the F.O.B origin clauses. Historically, the contractor was financially responsible for transportation of test samples to the proving grounds, and the USG was be responsible for transportation of final product after the DD 250 was signed by

DCMA that witnessed all inspections.

Is it the USG’s intent for this solicitation that the contractor would be responsible for transportation of all deliveries and that the inspection and signing of the DD

FOB Orgin Clauses shall be added back to the solicitation. Final production deliveries will be FOB

Origin and FAT/LAT samples will be FOB Destination.
