Bids must be submitted by email to dla.sales@dla.mil by 1:00 p.m. EST on January 14, 2026, with an inspection period commencing December 18, 2025, and a bid acceptance period of 90 calendar days. Pricing will be determined as a percentage of the OPIS Group 3 Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Prompt Average market price with a start price of 5% of the market spot price, and no specific dollar value is identified as this is a market-based auction.
