About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to support the command's National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) operations and range sustainability requirements worldwide. The contract will provide a range of environmental planning and engineering services, including NEPA compliance, endangered species assessments, cultural resource surveys, range management plans, and public outreach. Interested firms must submit an SF-330 package demonstrating specialized experience, qualifications, past performance, and small business utilization. Proposals are due by May 20, 2024 through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
This is an unrestricted procurement with a total contract ceiling of $50 million over a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The procurement is a follow-on to an existing NAVFAC LANT contract, N62470-19-D-4009, which was awarded to Cardno TEC-LEIDOS, LLC on March 27, 2019. The primary geographic focus is the Atlantic Ocean and Eastern U.S., and the work will be performed at various locations throughout NAVFAC LANT's area of responsibility.
