The Federal Highway Administration intends to solicit a firm-fixed-price MATOC Task Order for roadway improvements on the Western Heritage Byway – Swan Falls Road, 7 miles south of Kuna, Idaho, with tentative solicitation in Summer 2026 and completion in Summer 2027. This opportunity is unrestricted; no set-aside applies.
Work encompasses shoulder widening, paving, signage, parking lot improvement, and culvert replacement across up to 8.5 miles of roadway. The project includes construction survey and staking, contractor quality control and testing, earthwork, base courses, asphalt and concrete pavements, culvert installation and maintenance, and incidental construction including traffic control, pavement markings, and site fixtures. Schedule D includes chip seal surface treatment (147,500 square yards) not present in smaller schedules.
