About this opportunity
The U.S. Army's Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a Request for White Papers (RFWP) to award an Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) for a Human-Machine Integrated Formation (H-MIF) Common Dismounted Controller. The RCCTO seeks white paper technical inputs, solutions, prototypes, or concept descriptions to develop an operational prototype dismounted common controller that can integrate with unmanned ground/air vehicles, lethality, ISR, and electronic attack payloads. Key requirements include a modular and user-friendly design, interoperability with various robotic systems, safety-critical control, and durability for dismounted operations. The RCCTO will evaluate proposals based on technical approach, qualifications/experience, and rough order of magnitude cost. White papers and a Contractor's Statement of Work are due by June 24, 2024.
This procurement opportunity does not have a set-aside designation. The RCCTO plans to award a pOTA and is requesting 4 engineering units in month 3, 8 qualification units, and 20 full production units.
