The National Park Service (NPS) National Information Services Center (NISC) Operations Services Division (OSD) invites vendors to submit a proposal for the design, planning and installation of an Avaya Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone solution that will meet the communication needs of the NPS Human Resources Operations Center (HROC) Academy Park office building. The proposal will require design, planning, installation, training and annual maintenance support to ensure the NPS receives a proven, effective and reliable solution. Evaluation of submitted proposals will be based on the solution¿s technical and operational requirements, and cost of acquisition and annual maintenance. A schedule for the project, a plan for the installation, and a training plan for NPS staff must be submitted as part of the vendor response.

The objective of this contract is to install a complete turnkey Avaya VoIP telephone system in the NPS Academy Park office building. The system must be fully integrated and tied to the two other existing Avaya systems located in the NPS Cook and Academy Place office buildings.
