About this opportunity
The U.S. House of Representatives is issuing a Request for Information regarding supplemental personnel support for ad-hoc staffing during high-volume request periods, with RFI responses due May 26, 2026. This is not a solicitation but an information-gathering vehicle to inform future acquisition strategy.
The House seeks industry input on capabilities and approaches to augment support within Members' districts during surge periods. The Chief Administrative Officer's Customer Experience Center, which operates six departments including House Creative Services, is the primary user organization. House Creative Services delivers photography, graphic design, multimedia design, printing, video, and motion graphics support to Members, committees, and leadership on official and representational communication efforts. Work is characterized by per-request delivery, short notice, and rapid turnaround expectations.
The RFI is classified under NAICS 541922 (Commercial Photography) and PSC R499 (Support—Professional: Other). No set-aside is anticipated. The House employs approximately 10,000 staff; the CAO organization itself comprises more than 700 employees across multiple departments. Responses will inform whether future procurement proceeds and on what vehicle and terms the House will engage supplemental staffing resources.
