About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), is conducting market research via Request for Information (RFI) to assess industry capability to provide an interdisciplinary Human Performance Team to support the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System, with RFI responses due by May 19, 2026. This is market research only; the RFI does not constitute a solicitation and responses are voluntary and unpaid.

The anticipated requirement consists of approximately 25 Contractor Full-Time Equivalent (CFTE) personnel—Registered Dietitians, Cognitive Performance Specialists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Athletic Trainers—organized into specialized teams across ten geographically dispersed locations within CONUS. Performance is expected to span three primary Army Reserve commands: Army Reserve Medical Command (Pinellas Park, Florida; Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey; and Gillem Enclave, Georgia); the 88th Readiness Division (Fort Snelling, Minnesota and Fort McCoy, Wisconsin); and the 81st Readiness Division (Tampa, Columbia, Nashville, Charlotte, and Fort Jackson). Personnel must maintain current professional licenses and certifications, obtain and maintain SECRET security clearances with Tier 3 investigations, and be available for frequent travel to support Army Reserve training schedules. The NAICS code is 621399 (Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners) with a $10 million small business size standard. The anticipated contract vehicle is an IDIQ with a 12-month base period, one 12-month option, and an optional 6-month extension. Respondents should contact Contracting Officer Delbert Spriggs (delbert.d.spriggs2.civ@army.mil) or Contract Specialist Jericca Rodriguez (jericca.c.rodriguez.civ@army.mil).
