A venue shall include instructors, on-site Housing adjacent to the range, Food, Range Facilities, Basic Life Services, Off-Road Vehicles, a Classroom, Steep Cross-Canyon Terrain, DoD Compliant Arms and Ammunition Storage, and Remote Activated Steel Targets.
