FEI must deliver consumables within three business days of order unless otherwise approved. Following each on-site visit, FEI must submit a maintenance service report in Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word format within two business days to Project Engineer Jamesson Kaupanger and Contracting Officer Michael Hallock (michael.w.hallock4.civ@mail.mil).
