The Department of the Army National Guard requires comprehensive repair work on this industrial equipment, classified under NAICS code 423830 for Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and will need their DUNS number for registration, with recent changes requiring a notarized letter to GSA due to fraudulent activity concerns. All solicitation documents and specifications are available exclusively through the SAM website, and offerors must register before accessing the system.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, restricting competition to small businesses with 100 employees or fewer under the applicable size standard. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are identified in the solicitation notice. The contract award value and budget range are not disclosed in the available documentation. The work involves repair services for a single piece of equipment, specifically one 30-ton capacity Grove crane, though the timeline for completion of repair services is not specified. Performance of the contract work will take place in Riverside, California 92518, and importantly, funds are not presently available for this acquisition, meaning no contract award will be made until appropriated funds become available.
