About this opportunity
This federal contract opportunity is for the inspection of a 250,000 gallon above ground water storage tank located at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana. The contract will be awarded to a qualified vendor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic water tank inspections, utilizing remote operated vehicle (ROV) technology. The period of performance is 90 days after contract award, and the government has estimated the cost to be in the range necessary for this requirement.

This requirement is for the inspection of a 250,000 gallon above ground water storage tank located at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The vendor shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform an Interior and Exterior Inspection of the the water tank.
The inspection is to include the entire interior and exterior inclusive of but not limited to the Cathodic protection system, floor, roof, welds, seams, foundation, anchors, safety systems, hatches, shell, manway, ladders, roof manway with vent, telemetry nozzle, level indicator system, center column, overflow pipe & flap valve, roof railing, conduit, etc. The vendor is to perform work in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) and adhere to and meet all federal, state, and local codes and standards.
